    occasionally Harpy Wraith or other horrible vicious bosses from all over PW Sifon have been known to RAGE and somehow break free of their confinements.
    This has resulted in DEATH and MAYHEM, fortunately shops appear to the primary sufferers with most races taking heed before.
    Luckily there is an advanced warning system that announces PRIOR to these outbreaks giving players to take safety or if you are brave enough...to FIGHT among the brave guards and battle your worst fears.
